Her experience as a subject matter expert in regulatory compliance and cybersecurity align to provide strategic solutions to clients within critical infrastructure seeking to promote safety and security in their own operations. Ms. Mayberry also contributes her expertise in business analytics, and performance optimization to odix’s technology and product innovation programs. She has over 30 years of leadership experience that includes the development and implementation of strategic action plans to achieve organizational efficiency.

Ms. Mayberry's current focus is to bring attention and raise industry awareness to the potential risks corporations face throughout their infrastructure as cyber-attacks become a more prevalent threat to critical infrastructure. She has over a decade of experience creating cyber and technology security plans for pipeline operators, utility companies and municipalities. She has designed regulated operational plans and was trained by Schneider Electric on their industrial control systems. Ms. Mayberry has designed industrial control rooms with an emphasis on establishing a secure environment and led teams who built SCADA (supervisory control and data acquisition) systems.

Previously, Ms. Mayberry served as Senior Vice President, Executive Director for EnerSys Corporation, where she was responsible for the corporate P&L. In her role, Ms. Mayberry directed operations, software roadmaps, product management, business development, project management and marketing strategies. Ms. Mayberry consulted on operations, corporate security policy and procedure development, system improvements, compliance, and led design, implementation, and testing of software and technology for the energy industry.

Prior to that, Ms. Mayberry was responsible for compliance and technology, digital content, and strategy for Clear Channel Integrated Media/IHeartRadio Communications. As the Digital Program Director/Business Analyst, Ms. Mayberry established strategic direction for a national team of digital content directors and producers, in support of brand equity development, employing systems analysis/design, quality assurance, and training. Ms. Mayberry established and led teams in implementation of strategy for major corporate changes, improving company’s branding and enterprise system implementation.

Ms. Mayberry has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Applied Computing and Technology with a concentration in Information Technology from Tulane University. She is also a Master of Science candidate in Cybersecurity Management at Tulane University. Stephenie served as an executive member of the Women’s Energy Network, a member of the Northeast Gas Association, American Gas Association, Southern Gas Association, Gas Processor’s Association, and the American Public Gas Association.
